Your much loved pet could be poisoned by slug pellets!

It has come to light that farmers and councils, as well as gardeners, are scattering slug pellets in an indiscriminate way in fields, moorlands and on pathways. 

These slug pellets are very palatable to animals including dogs, cats and wildlife such as hedgehogs.

The consequences of an animal eating slug pellets can be disastrous with symptoms ranging from vomiting; convulsions; coma and even death. So please beware!
