WYAIN have been alerted to another animal that has been taken to a local vets to be 'put to sleep'. This time its a healthy ten year old tortie cat with an absolutely wonderful and endeering character. 

The details of this case are sad and could happen to anyone of us at any time.

An elderly couple owned Amber and the husband cared for his disabled wife. He then suffered a very serious stroke and was taken to hospital for long term care. His wife just couldn't look after Amber. 

Luckily, the vet contacted WYAIN to see if we could help. Amber was signed over to us.

Amber settled in very well with us. She is absolutely adorable in every way.

I really feel for her owners as they must miss her terribly.  Amber was rehomed with a wonderful family and is very happy in her new home!
